Obviously you're a photographer or you wouldn't even know what Velvia is.

Anyway, the skin tones in the shot don't look that bad so it's probably not
Velvia.  In fact the blue looks pretty accurate compared to other shots I've
seen of an RS2.  Maybe it's the gamma of your monitor.  Besides, it's an
overcast day so there's probably too little light to handhold, which the
shot seems to be, with Velvia.

I actually like the color but whatever floats your boat.
