If you mean did I ever dyno the car before and after, then I'm afraid I can't 
defend myself.  However, if you are willing to accept anecdotal evidence 
based upon many years of experience in these matters, then I stand my ground. 
 I made the changes I mentioned one at a time and found each of them 
beneficial.  Your mileage may vary...

I live in central Arizona and the only time I ever experience temperatures 
near freezing is when I get ice cubes out of the freezer to make margaritas...
