5kt blower motor removal??

I was working on the parts car today and realized that I was going to have
to remove the large plastic blower motor enclosure that goes through the
firewall in order to remove the right side wiring harness.  Anyway, how
the heck do you remove this thing???  I think I got all the bolts, but the
short piece of pipe that connects to the AC box?? in the same area seems
nearly impossible to remove.
Suggestions?
