WTB: S4 engine top end parts

Hi All,

I have a friend that picked up a '94 S4 (theft recovery) with a missing
cylinder head, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and few other related
pieces (almost sounds like an Audi nut stole it ;-).  Also needs the
steering wheel replaced (airbag model), which I was going to sell him mine
as I want to get an S6 wheel, but I don't know how soon that's going to
happen.  Other than these parts, the car is absolutely immaculate with only
70K miles on it; Emerald/Ecru.  Anyway, if you have or know where I can find
any of these parts, please let me know.  Please don't bother sending me
email with recommendations such as Sh*kan, DADS, etc.  TIA!
