I was in Baltimore last week with my wife and kids visiting a few museums and
the Aquarium. We both commented on how friendly everyone there was. AND WE'RE
ORIGINALLY FROM THERE. I've been in DC so long (22 yrs.) I've forgotten that
people can be polite and smile. My wife is a Baltimore area native and she's
only been down here in NOVA since we were married in '95 and she's gotten so
accustomed to rudeness that she doesn't respond to it anymore. I think it's
time we moved.
Jon, after our discussions earlier this year, you're right.
