Welcome to the world of Audi Addiction, Jenny. You'll find a number of
anomalies associated with our favorite autos as you go through the throes
of ownership. Many of us own multiple versions (I explain my two 4kcsq's
and two 5kcstq's, one of which is a parts car, by noting that you need
something to drive while you're awaiting parts or repair services), and
have become involved in the Q-List in an effort to understand better what
has to be done to keep the cars going, whether we do the work ourselves or
have it carried out by others.
Regarding the 4Ktq: a 4k with a turbo engine transplant: There have been
quite a few done because many of the 4k owners feel their powerplant is a
bit weak. Check the archives (reachable from the Audifans sign-up page).
