Axle flange seals 86 5kcstq

While I'm putting in new front axles, should I put in new seals
on the axle flanges, too?

Does the 016 transmission have little rubber seals inside the
flanges like an 020 vw trans does?  Bentley doesn't show anything
like this, but that don't mean it ain't true.

Where the heck can I get a 12x9 bit for those friggin' inner CV
bolts?  I've called around to local shops and some mail order places
and no one has them (now that I think of it, I haven't called the
dealer yet; that's a last recourse, I suppose).
