Ford Contour 4x108 front brake rotor?

I noticed a few messages about installing the wheels from a Ford Contour
on CGTs and 4kqs, since the wheels use a 4x108 bolt pattern.

Does anyone know what size rotor the Ford Contour uses?  And idea what
the hat size is?

If the Ford Contour rotor is around 11" and has a reasonable hat size,
it might make a good basis for a front brake upgrade to the smaller
cars.
