not that i've ever heard. but i have heard that after running tires in one
direction, the belts settle in and you aren't supposed to run them the other way
or else damage can occur inside the tire.
did this just happen when you had the suspension work done? if so, then the
mech probably took both rear wheels off and didn't pay attention when putting
them back on. in that case you should be able to swap them back easily
yourself.
