The FCC offense is much more serious than the speeding, though.  You can
lose your car, and serve federal time..

Whether jammers work or not, I believe that they might be illegal.  There is

a FCC regulation that basically goes like: "...one will not cause willful or

harmful radio interference..."   IMHO, a jammer would most certainly fall in

this category...

Then again, if you are speeding, you probably wouldn't be worried about
it...
