They did make a "Stealth" car.  I believe Car and Driver or(forgot) R&T did 
it.  They were explaining the Lidar Radar system.  They took a BMW and put 
jammers and something over the highbeam of the headlight.  The car was a 
virtually invisible.  Not sure what issue it was, but if you want I can dig 
though my old files and find it.  Anyone seen this issue?
