Re: type 44 rear muffler el cheapo replacements?

After my second rear-end collision in my now-departed 5kcst, I had a Midas shop
which had been recommended by a local performance warehouse store weld up a new
cat-back setup. They used a muffler much like a Flowmaster (Midas knockoff?)
with straight-through flow. The whole job cost around $300 and sounded great. I
think the muffler alone was around $70. Sorry I don't have a PN... I realize the
5ks has a smaller exhaust than the Turbo, but there ought to be something
cheaper out there.
Regards,
Rob
