The pressure regulator _has_ to be bled in the sequence - master,
regulator, wheels in order of decreasing distance from the regulator.

It's usually 9mm, which fools all of my brake spanners.  I drop a 9mm
ring (box) on before attaching the hose.  Pressure bleed, of course.
