Answer 1: yes, there's a small quattro name plate in the lower
right grill. It's just stuck in, so replacement should be pretty easy.

Answer 2: (that you didn't ask) In my search for another Audi, I was
looking for everything from a (relatively) low mileage 86-89 5kTQ
    to a newer S-car or V8 that didn't exceed mid teens $$. I really
couldn't find a 5kTQ with under about 120K miles - the best one I found
at that mileage was in Colorado asking $6K, which seemed reasonable.
That was through autotrader online I think. I found a dozen 90 V8's
in the 8K to 11K range, some seemed very well maintained etc. S-cars
seemed to start around $20K for something with 80K miles and go up
from there; the least expensive S4 was a '93 for $17K with 110K miles.
The '93 V8 that I bought for around $13K has 90K miles and was the
    only '92 thru '94 V8 that I found.

Sure, I could have looked longer, but that's what the three week
    search came up with.

Answer 3: (that nobody asked) Yes, I have a few springs left for
    the MC engine wastegate. :-)
