Tires for an 87' 5kcstqw

Hi all,
I am looking for a good  High Performance tire,   for my 87' 5kcstqw.   I
was looking at the Pirelli P7000 super sport tire and also the Yokohama AVS
s4-z.   I would like this tire not only to be good on dry and wet pavement
but also to hold the tread that the Quattro loves in the winter.  I have
also heard good things about the Dunlop Sport 8000  but I'm not sure how
this will perform in the winter.  Thanks in advice to anyone who can help me
out with advice or personal experience.
