re 90 instrument lidhts

You need a Bentley to get the procedure to disarm the airbag.  There is a
connector under the driver's side dash.  I vaguely recall (mine are
pre-airbag, so I only read this for laughs) possibly disconnecting something
under the rear seat.  Also maybe disconnect battery, and know your radio
code or else power the cigar lighter???.  Basically, you want the discharge
capacitor under the rear seat to be fully discharged.  There are also steps
for proper removal of the steering wheel.

The lights are at least common to the 90q 10V.  Likely all other cars of
that vintage.
