I don't intend this to be a personal attack on Ned but if you look at the 
photos, you'll see these manifolds are identical, right down to the location 
of the various vacuum take-offs, etc.  While I grant that there might be some 
differences that aren't obvious from the angles the photos were taken 
(underneath, etc.), the parts that are visible look identical to me.

BTW, I visited Ned's website recently and noticed that he's lowered his 
prices on some of his chip mods ... could be a good time for some people to 
look into this.  :^)
