5K rear trap-arm bushings

About to get new tires, so want to make sure the suspension is in good shape.

I was underneath just now and noticed that the rear trapezoidal arm bushings
are toast. These are the ones where the arm meets the sub frame in the rear.
I searched the archives and the usual helpful web sites and found no info
about replacement of these guys.

I'll get a quote on the parts monday, but I'd like to know the BTDT of
doing this job. Should I just have the shop do the job when they are aligning
the car?
