I just got an Audi dream job!

    Hey guys, I am really excited right now and if anyone can understand, it 
is you all!  The Monterey Historics were really awsome for me, but not only 
for the obvious!  Many of you say the Eurospec booth, very impressive.  I had 
a chance to get a card from a manager at Eurospec, and I gave him a call when 
I got back.  We had a good conversation over the phone and I was invited for 
an interiew with him the next day.  I soon had another interview with the 
owner and they offered me a position!
    I will be training to be the Production/Shop Manager.  This includes 
overseeing the assembling engines, heads, transmissions, port/polishing, and 
other inventory type activities.  So, basically, all the time I have spent 
working on and learning about Audis (my hobby) has been training for this 
job!  This position will eventually lead to being a marketing manager for 
product and project development...what a dream!  
    I never thought that it would be possible to apply the sum of my 
education and experience to daily do something I love, and do for a hobby.  
Let me tell you that I will not miss the "Silicon Valley Corporate" scene one 
bit!  Guys (and gals), if you wake up every morning regretting the day, 
realize that there may be another option.  Follow your dreams, life is too 
short!  
    I will keep you all updated and tell you about cool stuff I am learning 
and doing.
