For what it's worth, Mercedes uses the same bolt pattern - 5x112.
The center hole in the Mercedes wheel that fits the centering
collar on the hub is a few thousands larger than an Audi, to put
an Audi wheel on a Mercedes (which I tried a few years ago to run
already mounted snow tires) you would need to file out the center
hole slightly. Use of Mercedes wheels on an Audi would have them
being centered on the lug bolts, but they would fit.
If you are swapping fancy aftermarket wheels betweem Audi
and Mercedes, watch the offsets. Mercedes 'S' cars use a
significantly different offset than their smaller bodied cars,
and you can't interchange 'S' and 'E' wheels for that reason.
Porsche on the other hand is a much larger bolt pattern.
