... all that said, I really doubt that an emissions tester here in CA is
going to open up your ECU and check the contents of the EPROM to make sure
its stock. Furthermore, if your car doesn't meet emissions, CARB exemption
D-238 isn't going to make them say OK and let you pass ...
... perhaps that's all a part of the reason why IA doesn't bother anymore
...
...if I were considering the mods, I'd go for the price ... clearly Scott
will support his product as well as Ned does ...
