Type 85 (Torsen) vs Type 44 (Torsen)

Had some fun tonight - took the new Type 44 wagon down one of my
accustomed 'rat runs' instead of the Type 85.

It really is quite a spectacular vehicle.

You wanna know just how stupid the British are?  Audi sold just TWO
of these things in the 1990 model year - BMW sold over 20,000 5-series.

Real, real fun.  Knowing how a Torsen reacts and being accustomed to
the quattro drivetrain and (to a certain extent) the engine helped.  But
you can hustle a Type 44 wagon along just fine.
