RE: TAP chip - How would they know?
As Phil Payne has reported they even have portable 4WD rolling roads ... and
we were closer than most people know to having state run testing centers
here in California that had AWD dynos ... they aren't completely outside the
range of possibilities.
... other states do have such facilities ...
Another thing that they were trying here in the area was portable emissions
testers that sat on freeway ramps and took pictures of vehicles that had
excessive emissions. I actually saw the setup at a ramp near where I live
...
