Well, as a dealer for New Dimensions, I can say that Tim and his gang usually 
will go out of thier way to help if they aren't TOO busy... but it's worth 
noting and understanding that VWs are thier expertise and passion, not Audis. 
 Really the same can be said about a number of all the VW specific companies 
that I'm a dealer for...  Velocity, ND, Autotech, etc., etc.  And Javad is 
right..  when Audi's aren't your specialty, it takes time to look up parts 
and pricing for $50. worth of tune-up parts when you'd rather be selling 
$1500. worth of suspension!  :-)
But in all fairness, the guys at ND are "good people" and if you help them 
along with the Audi parts search, they'll do you right.   Of course, you can 
just call one of thier helpful dealers....  <hint, hint>    LOL
