    You have to remember, these guys perk up when you call about 
supercharging your VR6 or turboing your 4 banger, and a simple set of 
sparkplugs, without the 1 hour of labor associated, may not be enough to 
prompt a polite conversation.  I'm sure they could get you the parts you 
need, but they are hardly a low cost provider that other places may be.  In 
the past I have had friends go there for work, and were charged down to the 
washer and screw for every part and labor (I was surprized not to see: $.15 
-One second spray of WD-40)...
