No Spark at Coil - 200TQ - Help!

Just spoke to my mechanic who has finished reassembling my 90 200TQ 10V and
he is not getting a spark at the ignition coil.  Advises that the
distributor is putting out the appropriate signals, all connections appear
to be in order, but no spark.

The head was out for repair,so lot's of connections were apart. Anything
that would reduce the time to find the problem!?
