Last summer I was talking to a Halton Regional Officer in Burlington who was
testing the first of the Volvo's....  He was showing it off and I had to go
see it....   From what I could tell it is bad news for us...  the car was
the turbo.... built in instant on radar... and the car MOVES....  the
officer had been out racing a few of the locals (these cops get away with
murder!)  and hadn't had any trouble blowing them off....  all and all it is
a way smarter car from the police perspective that the North American boats
that they currently drive.... I just hope that the test fails... A T5 spec
cop car will be much tougher to lose in the twisties....
