Need info on slave cylinders & pressure bleeders for '88 80q

I have a few questions - any help would be greatly apprecaited...

I'm told you need to 'pressure bleed' these clutches - how do you do this?
Is there a tool that you can just buy for $10 or $20 to do it? Or is the
only way to go to a mechanic?

What other Audi models use the same slave cylindar as the '88 80/90q?

How much can I expect to get a used slave cylinder for, and would you trust
one? Any shops out there likely to offer a guarantee on a used slave
cylinder?
