Thanks for the reply!  Sounds like a lot of wiring hassles for the NG code 
engine!  Would it be better to modify the stock engine?  The original motor 
has high miles and needs a cylinder head.  I could replace the original 
engine with a low mileage stock one and modify the cylinder head, exhaust, 
and throttle body.  I was thinking of a 4KQ manifold, and aftermarket 
throttle body from Blaufergnugen.  Is there any advantage in the 5KT camshaft 
versus stock or aftermarket cam(expensive!)?  I have access to a lot of used 
Audi parts locally and am trying to modify an otherwise stock "85 GT.  
Maximum bang for buck since it needs the work anyway!  Nothing radical, just 
a little more power and better handling.  I've heard of using a 4KQ front 
sway bar as well.  Any comments?
