I recently bought a three row all metal modine.  Seems to be a very nice
unit.  Got it for $134 locally.  Shop around.  I can't comment if it's any
better or not because it hasn't been that hot lately.

Also, if anybody's interested.  You can buy the correct size 7 blade fan
seperately.  Part number is 443-959-465-B, same number as the stock 4
blade.  They must have done an update late in production.  Cost is $36.88
through Linda.  They are much quieter than stock, however, I question if
they are quieter because they flow less air.  Doesn't seem to flow as much
air as the stock 4 blade.  Once again, hasn't been that hot recently, so I
can't comment on it's overall effect.
