shock replacement
Andrew, I was just about to attempt front shock replacement on my 85
5KTQ using your method posted on the Quattro list and was just looking
through the Haynes manual to familiarize myself with the parts. One
step in the manual states to NOT separate the strut mounting from the
bearing plate as the camber setting will be lost. It appears that you
did separate these two. Did you take any steps to preserve your camber
setting? By the sounds of it you aren't having any steering problems.
Any comments at all? TIA
Regards
