As someone posted about recently, it's a *good* idea that you check that
you *can* get the fill plugs loose, before you drain the oil!
This will avoid you being in the unfortunate position of having drained out
the oil, and having no way to get the oil *in* again.

17mm Allen Key:
If you can't find one, some suggestions:

Vise grips on a (17mm) wheel bolt (Kind of loose, and make sure the plug
opening is cleaned out, so the bolt head can get well in)

Or..
17 mm head bolt, with a couple on nuts on it, locked together.
