antenna on a 88' 5kcsqt

Help,
    My antenna was broke on my 88 5ktq an i went to replace it with an
el-cheapO' well the original has a screw on connector and not the
standard plug in like on my 87' anyone got any ideas how hard this is to
fix or how much an original antenna would cost me?
