    Let me put it this way, that conversion cost about $6500, and that 
suspension about $1500, the wheels about $1500.  Assuming all those are in 
good condition, and this is a car you wanted to build anyway, then Id say its 
quite a good deal.  From the Blue book point of view, it is still an 87 4000 
quattro worth about $2000.
