Parts for sale ... really!

Like Ben Howell, I've recently undergone a reality check when it comes to my 
ability and/or inclination to finish all the projects I've got going on at 
the moment.  Somehow, during the brief transition from "single guy with no 
social life" to a "family man with two kids," my inclination to spend every 
spare hour working on my cars (or landscaping or home improvements or ...) 
has waned significantly.

To that end, I've decided to simplify my life, cut my losses on a few of my 
projects and move on to new and better things ... one of which is Ben's 
unfinished Ur-Q/V8 project!  Paula has agreed to let me buy it provided I 
sell off all the other car-related projects I've been farting around with for 
the past few years.  Logic says that if I'm going to do this -- and I am -- 
then I might as well as part with all the various goodies I've got stashed 
away, too.

So, here's a partial list off the top of my head:

1985 Audi 4000 (FWD) rolling shell, complete with full welded-in roll cage, a 
zero-mileage Techtonics Tuning-built 1.8L ITB motor with 44mm Mikuni 
sidedrafts, custom-valved Koni shocks & struts, plus whatever spares I have 
on hand for it.  Perfect for Solo II's EP or EM classes, ProRally or local 
run-what-you-brung road-racing or open-track use.  Needs only paint and quite 
a bit of detail work -- $1,500 obo.

Genuine RS2 "comp" turbo / GDS Racing 3" downpipe / ported two-piece factory 
exhaust manifold ... all new and unused, prefer to sell as a package -- 
$2,200 obo.

4.11 rear diff for S4, V8 or '91 200q ... brand new and unused, $150.

2.5L VW Eurovan shortblock, with 95.5mm crank (I bought it for the second 
motor I had planned to build) mileage unknown, with spare set of pistons, 
disassembled -- $400 obo

2.3L NF motor, 136k but good compression, complete with both manifolds, 
wiring harness, ECU, knock sensor, CIS-E III system, etc.; in short, just 
about everything needed to drop it into a 4kq or Coupe GT -- $350 obo

(4) Ronal R-8 wheels, 7x15 with 4x100 bolt pattern and 25mm offset.  Tires 
mounted but wheels never have never been driven on -- $375 FIRM (NOTE: These 
*will* fit a FWD 4000 without rubbing when using a 195/50-15 tire)

(4) Hoosier R35-compound slicks, 23.0 x 8.5 x 15, never used -- $200 ($150 
when purchased with above wheels)

Factory chin spoiler for '85 - '87 4k/4kq/Coupe, new but used by Todd Candey 
as a plug for his version -- $75 obo

Factory foglight kit for '85 - '87 4k/4kq/Coupe, mounts in lower grill on 
bumper cover, new and unused -- $100 obo

'87 5k steering rack, doesn't leak -- $50

'87 5k auto tranny, with torque converter, leaks a bit -- $50

'87 5k FWD strut housings, $25 each

'87 5k Master cylinder and hydraulic brake booster -- $50

That's it for now ... over the next day or two, I'll inventory the garage and
