No, they have removed the switch :-(
My '89 100Q and '90 90Q20V have the switch, the '95 A6QW doesn't.
To turn it off, you can pop the fuse (which I did at the winter
driving school).
As for why, in normal conditions, I would never disable the ABS.
It is nice to know it's there if I need it. For specialty schools,
or if something malfunctions (lost two wheel sensors on my 100Q),
I can turn it off when needed.
