Please help MAC 11 no spark in ur-q

Q-list,

I need help.

I am trying to get the MAC11 in my Ur-q to start the engine.
Here is the list of components that are connected to the computer:

    1. Cold Start Valve
    2. Ignition Module Ground
    8. CIS Freq Valve
    9. Ground
    10. Coolant Sensor
    11. RPM Sensor + (Y)
    12. TDC signal -
    13. TDC signal +
    15. Knock Sensor signal
    16. Knock Sensor ground/shield
    18. Ground
    19. Waste Gate solenoid control
    20. Idle Switch
    21. Fuel Pump relay ground control
    22. Ignition Module control signal
    23. Intake sensor and Hall sensor ground return
    24. Intake Air Temp Sensor
    25. Hall Effect +12V supply
    26. Full Throttle Switch
    27. Hall Sensor signal
    28. RPM/TDC shield wire
    29. RPM return ground
    30. O2 Sensor shield ground
    31. Fault code light control (fuel pump fuse contact)
    33. O2 sensor output
    35. +12 Voltage from ignition switch

All of the components are in working order.
Both refrence sensors are working and wiring checks out fine.
The hall sensor and TDC pin is lined up.
The hall sender is flashing when tested with LED (at the computer
connector).
New throttle switch and O2 sensors (probably not relavant for spark).
Ignition coil is working (tried it on friend computer) and has good
ground.
All connectors and wires check out.

Still no spark. Is there a wire that I missed?
I am running out of ideas.
The only code I get after cranking for more than 5 seconds is "4444".
It also does the output test perfectly (all of the components work).

Thank you in advance as I have tried everything that's on Scott M's
excellent site has to offer and still no spark : (

Cheers.
