The ECU is fine (starts my friends car) as well as the coil.

I forgot to mention I am not using an ISV and the computer that goes
with it.
I tried to see if my friends car will run without the green wires hooked
up to the terminal 1 on the coil and it does so I was not worried about
not having/running ISV.
