The accessories might be safe but I'd be concerned about the manifold ... 
decorative coatings are fine but unless you are prepared to replace the 
manifold at regular intervals, I certainly wouldn't have the outside ceramic 
coated.  Insides are fine, since this keeps the heat away from the manifold, 
but coatings on the outside trap heat in the manifold itself and in some 
instances, this can drastically shorten its life.  No BTDTs with cast-iron 
Audi manifolds but I've got many friends with Detroit V8s who've learned this 
lesson first hand, especially those running steel headers...
