Error code 2341

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this error code.  I started
seeing this code about 6-months ago.  Since then I have had the Fuel
Injector recall, cat converter recall, ISV and the oxygen sensors
replaced.  According to the 12V page 2341 is "oxygen sensor control". 
Going through the list, the only items I haven't checked are the low
fuel pressure and the leak in the intake or exhaust (before cat).  The
check engine light comes on when I leave the car sitting at idle for a
few minutes (car in park, A/C on).  Any ideas would be appreciated.
