Headrest Inserts ??

While looking at some German Audi literature the other day, I noticed
in the A8 booklet that the rectangular doughnut headrests have an insert
piece in them that spaces the headrest forward just a bit.

That, combined with the fact that the doughnut headrests in my '93 V8
are so far back that you can't lean your head on them, made me start
wondering. So I fired up the ETKA parts viewer ... and found that
this piece is listed in the parts book!

Has anybody seen these headrest pads in the US, or this a Germany only
option? I've got the part numbers if you are interested ...
   441 881 761 G - cushion (leather) with about 4 color codes.
   4A1 881 761 F - cushion (leather) with about 4 color codes.

These pieces look like they are about an inch thick and cover the entire
front surface of the headrest, and have a protrusion on the back that fits
through the center hole in the headrest to hold it in place.

I'd sure like to come up with a couple of these, or maybe just make
something similar.
