Fuel Dist from Wrecker?
Folks,
Made a visit to a wrecker yard and found a non-q 80/90. It had the fuel
dist, air boot, fuel pressure regulator and the air mass sensor. Basically
the whole shabang thats connected to the air boot. The fuel lines to the
dist were missing and the air boot was cracked. The whole unit was in the
car but had been exposed to the elements for about 3 months. The thing
looked in fairly good condition - a lot better than in my car.
Would it be worth it for me to pick it up or is it just junk now? Could I
clean it up and use it on my car at some later stage? I did'nt ask how much
it was since I assumed that being an item that is part of the fuel system
and it being exposed, might be too late to be any good. So, did I pass up
something reasonable or is it junk now?
Any opinions appreciated (since I can always go back and pick it up if it's
still there).
Thanks
