Need intercooler for 93 S4

I purchased a wrecked 1993 Audi S4 that I have almost ready to drive but need an intercooler.  The car was hit low on the left side and bent one end cap of the intercooler so that about 5 tubes now leak.  I am looking for a used one that someone removed for upgrade.

 

Right now the car is stock but I think I may get the stage 2 chips from TAP.  If I upgrade the computer, is it also worth it to get the upgraded intercooler for $875?
