RE: sppeder's guide to avoiding tickets



Reading between the lines of the reader reviews on Amazon, the primary value of
"Speeder's Guide" appears to be in helping one to avoid tickets in the first
place, not in defending oneself after the fact. Although police tactics against
speeders may vary from place to place, I'll bet they're largely the same. Mind
you, I haven't read the book, so I'm in no position to offer anything more than
speculation.
