I got one of those in Ohio once. Since I'm from Ontario, fighting it wasn't
really an economicaly viable option.
However....the signature on the ticket was that of the Officer who handed it
to me.

*He* never saw me speeding. Only Officer Skyboy did. But Officer SkyBoy
wasn't issuing tickets. Only Officer Landbound was.

I smell a loophole...probably closed already.

Luckily, I had let up for traffic...<s>.... 73 in a 55. I think it was about
$75 USD.
