I noticed that the temp flap seemed heavily sprung (or weighted) to return
to the closed (cold) position, and apparently it still sticks in one position
or the other (my wife says too much heat today! Ugh.) It required a fair
amount of force to move it, although when I was testing it the motor seemed
to be doing okay. Should it be that tough to move?
Any suggestions for getting the flap to stop sticking?
