I made one myself by welding a nut of the right size (to put into the
groove on top of the the threaded cap) onto a thick pipe and welding
an old socket onto the top of the pipe. Voila, my own #2069, and it
costed me about $1.. :-)
The caps are _really_ stuck on some cars, you'll probably need the air
wrench..
