I think that what he's saying is that he's sure he didn't make any
particular error to cause this accident to happen and along with the 2 other
reports of similar incidents, it seems reasonable that Audi take some
action.

200kph is frequently dog slow on the Autobahn and consequently this is not
likely to be an infrequent problem in Germany.
