The Bosch kit is quite clever.  You drill out the old bushes by filing a
flat on top of the old solder joint, punching a drill start hole and
then chasing down with a 3mm drill.

The brush kit contains two 3mm inserts - you position the brushes
carefully with the inserts in the holes you just drilled, crimp the tops
of the inserts, and then solder the lot.  Makes a really professional
job and costs (UK) about $6.
