Phil, this is exactly incorrect per Dave E's 885140. The torsen is too dumb
to NOT notice it. IN fact, it allocates torque in EVERY turn under
acceleration because the axles are rotating, or are trying to rotate, at
differing speeds. That IS the 'exact' definition of relative slip angles
across the center axle fooling the torsen into allocating torque without a
traction input.
